Cherry Canvas is based at Cheney Manor Industrial Estate in Swindon, which means when you order from us, we can offer nearby customers a faster delivery service by cutting out the couriers.
On some of our products we can even offer Same Working Day delivery all at no extra cost to you.
How it Works
There is not an option at checkout to apply for faster delivery, however, if you're based in Swindon or Royal Wootton Bassett we will endeavour to deliver your item personally. If for any reason we are unable to do this your item will be sent reliably via Royal Mail, Parcelforce, DPD, or UPS.
If you are ordering a personalised product, we'll send you a preview/mock-up via email of your chosen item with your personalisation applied to it.
With personalised prints, we are unable to print until you let us know you're happy with your preview.
Once we receive the go-ahead to print, we can begin processing your order.
Please ensure your phone number is correct when ordering, as we'll use this number to confirm a delivery time.
If you are not home when we deliver your order, we'll leave your parcel in a safe place or with a neighbour. If you would prefer us to re-deliver the next working day instead, please let us know.
Posters, face masks & mugs
These items have a fast turn-around time. If you place your order before 2pm, and confirm your preview before 4pm, we may be able to deliver your order same working day.
This also depends on the quantity ordered. Ten or fewer poster prints, mugs and face masks can usually be delivered same working day. If you're unsure, please Contact Us prior to ordering to confirm delivery times.
Canvasses
Our canvas prints are made-to-order. Which will often mean next working day, or a 2 working day delivery time. The process of producing a canvas takes a little longer than posters.
Once your canvas has been printed, it will receive two applications of varnish to make sure it is UV resistant & scuff resistant. When the varnish is dry we'll stretch the canvas across a pine frame, which we also produce in-house.
If ordering a personalised canvas, we will send you a preview to confirm before we print. If you're happy with your preview and let us know before 4pm we can usually deliver next working day to your Swindon or Royal Wootton Bassett address.
